Calvins Birthday!

The Annual Dinner / Calvins Birthday at Mian Ann Restaurant.

ONCE AGAIN - ANOTHER MARCH

Just when you think its all over and that it ended with Chinese New Year and Chap Goh Mei, think again! All the way down at 24th mile, 4 o'clock in the morn, we found our selves blazing down the highway in all our red and black glory. With the night still blanketing the sky and stars shining bright to lead our way we arrived our destination where preperations for the parade march were begining to "coagulate."

This was truly exiciting to our club president ( Calvin Jong ) as it was just the night before, last minute ideas began to unravel and take place... An idea, a new "Parade Cart." One in which would make life way easier, with a little bit of flashyness thrown in. This was the chance to put the idea to the test. Think of it as "trial and error," cos we'll never know till we try, and did we try!

FOR THE CHESHIRE HOME!

With what we had worked for and earned from Chinese New Year, it was time to put those earnings to good use. The idea of a donation of good will towards the Sarawak Cheshire Home sprung to mind.

So on Sunday, 7/3/2010, our donation took place. Despite Chinese New Year being over, we still of course took this oppertunity to spread the joy of Chinese New Year amongst its residents and staff, with a little performance.
